GENERAL RULES

To maintain strict discipline, speed up progress and streamline efficiency, it is necessary to take certain precautionary measures in the Institution. Compliance to the rules is compulsory and any failure to do so, may necessitate action with prior notice.

  • Any damage done to the school property, belongings of the staff or any other students will have to be compensated for.
  • Students must observe punctuality in arriving at school. Late comers will not be allowed in school or class.
  • Students are required to be dressed neatly in complete school uniform. Students in incomplete uniform will be penalised.
  • School does not hold any responsibility for the loss of money, ornaments or other valuable things during school time or on the way to school.
  • Electronic gadgets like mobile phones, music players, camera etc. are not allowed, once takenwill not be returned.
  • The minimum compulsory attendance for all the students is 75%. A leave application duly signed must be sent after availing leave.
  • A student absent due to illness must submit a medical certificate.
  • There is no system of Re- exam.
  • Student will not be allowed to leave the school premises before the scheduled school time.
  • Visitors will not be allowed to contact any student or teacher during the school hours without permission of Principal.
  • Students must compulsorily bring their text books and note books as per the time – table and school diary regularly to class.

Fee Rules

  • Fee will be charged for all the 12 months.
  • Fee must be paid in advance by the 15th of every month, after that a fine of Rs. 5/- per day will charged. All the dues for full session (i.e. upto June) must be paid in the month of February. The child will not be allowed to appear in the final examinations and his/her progress card will be withheld in the event of fee dues.
  • For Class VIII, X & XII students Bus / conveyance fee will be charged upto March month.
  • For Class I to VII , IX & XI students Bus/conveyance fee will be charged for Eleven months.
  • Fee once paid is neither refundable nor transferable.
